I grew up in Quebec with a lot of feelings and not enough words for them. That changed.

Today I'm a content creator, podcast host, and founder of Clicöt — a watch brand built on the belief that time heals everything, if you let it. I've built a community of over a million people who are on the same journey I am: learning to feel more, hide less, and show up fully.

The GotIt Podcast is where I go deep. Clicöt is what I wear on my wrist as a reminder. The Time Fixes Everything movement is what connects all of it. And this website is where you find every single piece of my world.
